Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Yummmmm ... loved this recipe. Good corn, butter, sour cream, cream and Parmesan cheese - doesn't get any better than this!


4 large
ears of corn
1/2 c
sour cream
1/4 c
whipping cream
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tsp
basil, fresh is best but dried is fine!
salt and pepper, to taste
4 Tbsp
margarine or butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Remove corn from the cob. Melt margarine over medium heat. Add corn to margarine and cook until it is getting tender. Add sour cream and whipping cream. Stir and continue cooking until corn is tender. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and sprinkle top with basil.

Cooking time will vary according to corn getting tender.
