found this in a womans world magazine, they looked good and thought I'd share. they are 2 points a serving, which is this whole recipe.

large onion, peeled, sliced 1/2 inch slices
1/2 c
fiber one bran cereal, original flavor
salt and spices to taste
1/4 c
liquid egg substitute

Directions Step-By-Step

preheat oven to 375

put cereal in food processor and grind to crumbs, add seasonings.

one by one coat each ring, first with egg, then cereal mixture

evenly place on non-stick cooking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes flipping rings halfway thru cooking time.
