Three Bean Salad

I love bean salad and it is a great side dish for most meals. Simple to make, healthy, fresh and yummy! I could eat this all by itself even! I found the same recipe I make on the site below and she also had a nice pic of it, so much easier to copy and paste! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2
of a red onion, finely chopped
1
green pepper, cut into small cubes
juice of a lemon
1 Tbsp
cumin
1 1/2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp
fresh italian parsley, chopped or can use cilantro
1/4 c
olive oil
1 c
chick peas
1 c
kidney beans
1 c
black beans

Directions Step-By-Step

Start by cutting your veggies.

Then drain and clean the beans and place them in a big bowl.

In a smaller bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients very well until blended. Pour the mixture onto the beans and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
