I try to add fresh veggies to every meal in some form or another, I came up with this on the fly, but it was so good I will make it on a regular basis now.

Ingredients

1 lb
carrots, sliced thinly
1/2 c
onion, sliced or diced
1/2 c
chicken broth, homemade or low sodium
1/4 c
trevia brown sugar blend
1 tsp
gran. garlic, gran. onion, black pepper, mrs. dash original blend
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken broth in med. sauce pan, add carrots, onion, granulated garlic & onion, pepper & Mrs. Dash seasoning. Cook on low till veggies are tender. Add brown sugar & cinnamon. Simmer 5 min. more.
