Cook brussel sprouts covered in a small amount of water for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Cook bacon until crisp and drain; reserving 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Crumble bacon and set to one side. To drippings add vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, and pepper. Add sprouts. Stir until heated through and well coated. Sprinkle with bacon.
