Ingredients

3--10 oz. pkg
chopped spinach
16-oz. pkg
riccotta cheese
3/4 c
chedder cheese. shredded
1 c
eggbeaters or eggwhites
4 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
3/4 c
onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
dill
garlic powder, seasoned salt (lawry's and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Thaw and drain chopped spinach.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper (to your taste.)

In a large bowl mix eggbeaters, cheeses, onions and dill.
Pour mixture in a ligtly greased 9x9 pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350' for 50-60 minutes.

A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
Cool slightly before cutting.
