This is a great way to spice up your ear of corn. Great for a cookout during the summer.

Ingredients

ears of corn
3 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
dry taco seasoning mix that comes in an envelope
2 Tbsp
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil ears of corn until done.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Melt butter and add taco seasoning mix. Brush all over the ears of corn.

Place each ear on double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Sprinkle ears of corn with a little water.

Wrap tightly in foil and twist the ends.

Place ears of corn on rack in oven and bake for about 25 minutes, turning once during baking.
