Spiced Corn on the Cob

- ears of corn
- 3 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp
- dry taco seasoning mix that comes in an envelope
- 2 Tbsp
1Boil ears of corn until done.
2Heat oven to 400 degrees.
3Melt butter and add taco seasoning mix. Brush all over the ears of corn.
Place each ear on double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil.
4Sprinkle ears of corn with a little water.
5Wrap tightly in foil and twist the ends.
Place ears of corn on rack in oven and bake for about 25 minutes, turning once during baking.
