2 c
celery cut into 1-inch pieces.
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
tabasco sauce
bread crumbs
grated cheddar cheese


1place celery in saucepan, cover with boiling water and boil until tender (about 1/2 hour). Heat soup slowly and stir until smooth. Add celery and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350-400F) until golden brown.
