Ingredients

sweet potatoes

parsnips
2
beets
2
red potatotes
8
baby carrots

red onion
olive oil
steak seasoning
salt & pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

wash and cut each veg. into 1 inch cubes
Pre-heat oven to 425

put all vegs. into a large bowl and drizzle olive oil over them until well coated

spray a large baking pan with Pam
put vegs into pan in a single layer
sprinkle steak seasoning over the vegs- the amount is your own preference

bake 15 mins and then turn vegs over
and bake until they are easily pierced with a fork
salt and pepper to taste
