Roasted Shredded Cabbage

- cabbage head
- if you're cooking for 1 or 2 people you cna cut it down to 1/2 a head
- 3 Tbsp
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
1Cut Cabbage so that it looks shredded, or into bite size pieces.
2mix with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Put in a pan, preferably in a single layer, but that doesn't always happen.
3Bake at 375 - 400 in the oven until crispy or if you rather it be less crispy take it out earlier. Stir periodically so that the bottom or top doesn't burn.
The cook time will vary depending on liking, how much cabbage you have, and how high your temp is.
