Ingredients

sliced beets
1/4 c
vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/8 tsp
cloves
dash of pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain juice from beets. Add remaining ingredients to juice and bring to boiling. Pour over beets and chill overnight. Makes about 4 servings.
