Ingredients

eggs, slightly braten
3 c
coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 c
flour
1/2 can(s)
seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c
finely chopped onion
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
3 Tbsp
vegetable oil
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 patties. Fry in oil over mrdium heat until browned on each side. Top each patty with sour cream and serve. Makes about 6 servings.
