If you are diabetic switch the brown sugar for Splenda Brown Sugar but use only 1/2 as much

Cut each squash in half;clean out.
Place cut sides up,in a 13"x 9" baking dish.
Add 1/2 cup warm water to dish and cover.
Bake 40 minutes or until squash is tender
Top with cheese and cinnamon;bake,uncovered,5 minutes.
