This is the only way to eat asparagus! Very good!!! This is Asparagus tossed in a garlic butter sauce, then topped with freshly grated Parmesan.

Asparagus is one of my favorite veggies and I'm always looking for new ways to prepare it. The garlic butter sauce adds a lot of flavor. And you can't go wrong when something is topped with cheese!

Ingredients

1 bunch
asparagus, washed
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
chicken bouillon
1/4 c
parmesan, shaved
1/2 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat butter and oil in skillet until warm. (2-3 Min)

Add garlic powder and chicken bouillon; stir until dissolved.

Add asparagus, and toss in butter mix. Cook on med for 4-8 min or until its bright green, like the color of a lime.

Remove from heat, top with shaved Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!!
