Ingredients

1 lb
orecchiette pasta
2 clove
garlic
1 c
tomatoes , seeded & diced
2 c
spinach, fresh
1/2 c
black olives, sliced
1 can(s)
garbanzo beans, rinse and drained

lemon zest
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 c
feta cheese, crumbled

Step-By-Step

1Boil pasta al dente about 9 mins, drain, set aside

2meanwhile in a large pan, saute crushed garlic in olive oil...about a min add tomatoes, spinach, black olives, garbanzo beans

3mix in the drained pasta,add lemon zest and feta cheese...serve room temperature or chilled
