Orange Glazed Carrots

Oh Yes folks- these carrots are delish and if you add Brandy to them, over the top for holidays!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
carrots, peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
6 Tbsp
butter
6 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
1
orange, zest, grated finely
1 c
orange juice, fresh
1/4 c
brandy, if desired

Step-By-Step

1Cook carrots about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and put in 9 inch baking dish.
2In a saucepan, melt butter; add sugar and flour and mix well. Add zest and gradually pour in orange juice. Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3Add Brandy and pour over carrots. Bake in 350F degree oven about 15 minutes.
