My Thanksgiving Cream Cheese Corn
- large bag frozen corn, no need to thaw
- 8 oz. container whipped cream cheese with or without chives (or one 8 oz. block of cream cheese)
- salt and pepper to taste
Place frozen corn in casserole and mix together with cream cheese until well mixed.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste.
Shake a little paprika over top of entire casserole, cover with a lid and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35-40 minutes.
