Mom's Classic Veggie Casserole

This has been on our Thanksgiving or Christmas menu every year for as long as I can remember! So easy and delicious!

Ingredients

1 box
frozen cauliflower, cooked
1 box
frozen brussel sprouts, cooked
1 box
frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
milk
1 can(s)
mushrooms, drained
4 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.

2Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

3Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.

4This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
