cooking oil

red pepper, chopped

zucchini, sliced
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced

pkg. frozen corn
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper

Add oil to frying pan; saute all remaining ingredients, stir and cook about 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender crisp. Makes 4 servings.
