Ingredients

BRUSSELS SPROUTS, CARROTS, ASPARAGUS, OR BROCCOLI

1 lb
veggie of choice
1/2 c
salad oil
1/4 c
white wine vinegar
1 pkg
italian seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients.

2Marinate at least an hour, overnight is fine.

3Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
