Hubcap Pasta Salad

This is a great salad and very easy to make. It incorporates all my favorite things, peas, carrots, celery cheese, zucchini, sour cream, and dill weed mixed with the pasta.

Ingredients

SALAD:

16 oz
pkg. wagon wheel pasta, cooked for 7 minutes, drained
1/2 lb
sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1 c
thawed petite peas
1 c
carrots, thinly sliced crosswise
1 c
baby zucchini, thinly sliced crosswise
1 c
celery, thinly sliced
1 medium
red bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced

DRESSING:

2 c
mayonnaise
1 c
dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp
yellow salad mustard
1 1/2 tsp
dill weed
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Fold dressing into salad, Store in refrigerator.
