This is such a yummy dish. What a great twist on corn, especially for my family who LOVES to kick it up!

Ingredients

3-4 can(s)
niblet corn (not the small cans), drained
1 pkg
cream cheese, low-fat
1 stick
butter or margarine
3-4 Tbsp
chopped jalapenos

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook till cheese and butter are melted. You may alter the jalapenos to your taste. I normally let it sit in the pot for about 30-45 minutes.
