- egg noodles, cooked
- 1 small
- head of cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 stick
- butter, enough to cook cabbage
- salt and pepper to taste
- i sometimes add onion also..small minced
1Cook the egg noodles and drain well.Set aside to cool
2Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces. Cook it in butter or margarine until it is tender. If boiling the cabbage, drain well once it is tender.
After the cabbage is cooked, add the noodles, and continue to cook till heated through..I like mine a little brown,the caramelizing of the cabbage makes it so good! Salt and pepper, ENJOY!
