|1 lb||fresh green beans|
|1 small||onion, sliced|
|2-4 slice||bacon cut into quarters (low sodium or turkey)|
|4 medium||mushrooms sliced|
|season of choice|
Slice onions and mushrooms and cut bacon slices into quarters. Thaw frozen beans.
Place wok over heated side of grill, add bacon (onions opt) and sear for a couple of minutes.
Move basket to unheated side of grill, add beans, mushrooms and onions to wok, season and stir.
Cook over indirect heat (with lid shut), approx. 325°-350° for 30-45 min. stirring often. Cooking time will depend on heat of grill and how al denta you like your beans.
