Ingredients

3 Tbsp
cooking oil
1/2 Tbsp
chopped ginger root
3 clove
garlic, diced
1/2 lb
fresh green beans
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 Tbsp
cooking sherry

Step-By-Step

1heat the cooking oil over a medium heat, add the ginger and garlic, cook for 35 seconds,then add the green beans, and fry one minute.
2Add remaining ingredients, and cook until the beans are tender.
3plate, and watch them disappear!
