Ingredients

1 bunch
asparagus,fresh
1
garlic clove, slivered thin
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
butter
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, shredded
salt/pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a skillet combine olive oil and butter low-med.
2add the asparagus, cover and cook about 5 mins
3add in the slivered garlic and cook another 10 mins...or till asparagus is fork tender , but not mushy
4add salt/pepper and parmesan right before serving.
