fresh corn on cob
3 Tbsp
mayonnaise

grated garlic clove
manchego cheese, grated
smoked paprika

NOTE: DEPENDING ON HOW MANY CORN YOU MAKE, YOU MAY HAVE TO ADJUST THE SEASONINGS AND CHEESE YOU USE, AS WHAT IS LISTED DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ENOUGH FOR 4-6 EARS OF CORN.

Directions Step-By-Step

Brush husked corn with oil; grill over high heat, turning until lightly charred...8-10 minutes.

Mix mayonnaise and garlic clove together. Brush on grilled ears of corn, then sprinkle with grated cheese and smoked paprika.
