corn, frozen
1 stick
butter, unsalted (more or less)
1/8 c
olive oil, extra virgin (more or less)
1 jar(s)
capers, rinsed and drained
1 medium
red pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp
italian parsley, chopped
1/2 bunch
chives, chopped
2 tsp
granulated garlic
2 tsp
granulated onion
sea salt & pepper to taste

1in a large heated skillet or pot, melt butter and add olive oil. saute the peppers for 2 minutes. add the corn to the skillet. fry for 5 minutes...ensure all kernels are well coated. add the remaining ingredients. stir and cover. simmer for 12-15 minutes. corn is ready!
