These easy corn fritters I started making when I was 9. The recipe never changed. It is about the only recipe I never tweeked.

1 can(s)
cream of corn
2
eggs
1/3-1/2 c
flour (depending on brand of corn)
butter, salt, and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

mix corn and eggs with flour until you get a pancake type dough.

Drop by spoonfulls into a well oiled pan. cook until brown on both sides. (I like mine a little crispy on the edges.

I serve mine with butter, salt, and pepper.

Eric uses pancake syrup and no salt and pepper.
