- fresh brussel sprouts,trimmed
- 1 3/4 c
- chicken broth (1- 141/2oz can)
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/8 tsp

1In a medium saucepan,place the Brussels sprouts,broth,salt,pepper. Cover the saucepan.Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer until the Brussels sprouts are just tender and still bright green in color(about 7 min--depending on size of the sprouts)
2Using a slotted spoon,remove sprouts from saucepan and place in a bowl;cover and keep warm.
3Boil the Brussels sprouts liquid,uncovered,in the saucepan until reduced to about 1/2 cup.
Add the butter and melt;stir to blend.
Return the Brussels sprouts to the saucepan and heat through;toss well with the broth mixture.
4Using a slotted spoon;place the Dinner Brussels Sprouts in a serving dish or on individual dinner plates.
