| 1/4 c | sugar |
| 4 tsp | vinegar |
| 1 c | mayonnaise |
| 1/2 tsp | dill weed |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 medium | onion, thinly sliced |

I just love this salad with a cold ground-up roast beef sandwich, makes for a refreshing lunch on a hot summer day. This would be my Grandma Jo Anderson's version of this cucumber salad. Hopefully this salad makes its way to your dinning room table this summer :)
Directions
slice and peel all cucumbers, and slice up onions, (like oinon ring style)
In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, dill, and seasoned salt. Mix in the cucumber slices, tossing to coat. put in fridge and serve with a dash of pepper to taste, Great with sandwiches or just by itself. Enjoy :)

Ms. Lizzy, I have a dear friend who's birthday and Memorial Day Weekend share the same time frame on most years calendars. This year we are planning a picnic/birthday party, and I now know "Creamy Cucumber's" will be a featured star of the event!

Lizzy and Marcy, I am so sorry to have missed our get-together on Mother's Day. I certainly hope you both had a great day! I am anticipating making this for the Memorial Day/Birthday Picnic for my friend. I know it will blow minds - for sure! Jean C. LOL :-)
