Creamy Beef & Mushroom pasta

I came up with this just that way and my family devoured it!

1 lb
pasta of choice
2 Tbsp
sweet red pepper, diced
4-6 medium
mushrooms diced
1 stick
celery diced
1/2 c
onion diced
1/2 c
broccoli, fresh diced
2 Tbsp
diced roasted garlic (reg fresh diced garlic will work)
1/3 c
beef broth (strong)
1-2 can(s)
cream mushroom soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Dice all veggies, fry in a little butter until almost done, finish frying in 1/2 of the beef bullion.
(if your using fresh garlic add at begining of frying, if your using roasted garlic add 5 minutes before done frying veggies)

Boil pasta according to package instructions.
Mix remaining beef broth with 1 can mushroom soup and mix all ingredients together.
Add more mushroom soup if you want it creamier.

warm in oven on low covered until ready to serve
