Ingredients

5 large
cucumbers- peeled and sliced thin.
1 bunch
green onions- entire onion- chopped

DRESSING

1 c
mayonaise
1/4 c
evaporated milk
1/4 c
vinegar
1/4 c
granulated sugar
1 dash(es)
hot sauce
1 tsp
dried parsley flakes
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
onion salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.

2Cover cucumbers/ onions and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3While you wait for the vegetables to chill. In another bowl combine all dressing ingredients.

4After the hour- combine everything in the large bowl.

5Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
