Ingredients

1 pkg
frozen collard greens
1/2 c
milk
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
roasted red peppers, chopped
1 c
season panko (bread crumbs)
1 tsp
lemon pepper salt
1/2 tsp
chicken bouillon powder

Directions Step-By-Step

In pan, add milk, collards, butter, and garlic. Cook on low/med until collards melt and are warmed through.

Add chopped roasted red peppers, chicken bouillon powder, and lemon pepper salt. Stir well.

Then, add bread crumbs. Stir well until cooked through.
