Ingredients

1 1/2 c
celery, thinly sliced
1 medium
onion, chopped
8 oz
can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 oz
can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp
slivered almonds
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
soy sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet, bring yo a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 12-14 minutes or umtil celery is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings.
