- herbes de provence
- salt and pepper to taste
1Place all ingredients in a pot. Cook on medium, covered.
2Occasionally, stir. Cabbage will shrink and allow all cabbage to be in the liquid as the cooking process continues.
3When cabbage is tender, it is ready to serve.
