A really good side dish that gets kids to eat their carrots!

Ingredients

4 c
carrots, sliced and cooked
1 medium
onion, chopped
3 Tbsp
butter
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c
herb stuffing (not cubes)
1/3 c
butter, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt 3 tbsp butter and saute onion.
Add soup and pepper. Mix well.
Add cheese; stir or whisk until melted.

Pour onion mixture into a prepared casserole dish in
layers.
Onion mixture, carrots, dry herb stuffing, and repeat until you run out of ingredients ending with dry herb stuffing.
Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
