It's Carla Hall , of the "Crew" , to the rescue by jazzing up some green beans into this tasty treat. Try them they are delicious!!
Recipe tweaked a bit by me!

peanut or vegetable oil
1 lb
green beans, blanched and dried
1 tsp
smoked paprika
1 c
all purpose flour or cornmeal
1 tsp
cayenne pepper,optional
1 c
beer or buttermilk (regular milk may be used)
1 large
2 Tbsp
whole grain mustard
1/2 c
1/2 Tbsp
each salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

In a shallow dish combine all dry ingredients, set aside.

In another shallow dish combine beer or buttermilk and whisk in the egg.

Dredge green beens beans in dry mixture, then wet mixture, then back to the dry mixture.

Place beans into the hot oil, fry until golden brown, about 1-2-minutes.
Remove to metal strainer then to paper towel lined baking sheet(helps keep
the green beans from getting soggy).

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard and salt to taste.
Serve the beans with the creamy dipping sauce!
Or use a BBQ Bacon Ranch as dip or
Zesty Horseradish with sour cream or
Maple syrup with Honey Mustard
