Directions Step-By-Step

chop brussel sprouts(I use a food processer-faster). After chopping, place chopped sprouts & diced pancetta in fry pan w/little olive oil. Cook on low/medium heat, til sprouts & pancetta cooked thoroughly. Use a spatula or flat utensil to keep tossing ingredients. This is recipe from my neice, no specific amounts, amount of sprouts & pancetta vary according to your number servings desired.
I use 1 bag of frozen brussels sprouts(thawed), you can use fresh brussel sprouts, either are good to use. To save time, I chop the brussel sprouts in food processor. Also, sometimes I purchase already diced pancetta.This is good recipe to get kids to eat a vegetable. I hope you like & can understand the simple directions-this is my 1st posting.
