IN A 9X13 BAKING DISH (I USED THROW AWAY TIN)MIX BISQUICK N VEG.OIL ADD SALT N PEPPER TO BEATEN EGGS (A PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER, OPTIONAL) THEN ADD TO MIXTURE IN BAKING PAN....ADD CHOPPED MOZZERELLA N BROCCOLI N SAUTEED ONIONS N STIR.

PREHEAT OVEN 350 N BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES...LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES B4 CUTTING....N ENJOY.
