cherry tomatoes

bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c
mayo not salad dressing can substitue with yogurt
1/3 c
chopped celery
3 Tbsp
parmesan cheese - grated
2 Tbsp
chopped green onions
2 Tbsp
minced fresh parsely

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato using a paring knife.

Scoop out and discard the pulp. I use an iced tea spoon or a toddler child's spoon. Turn the tomatoes upside down onto a paper towel to drain any juice.

In a small bowl combine bacon,mayo, celery, cheese, and parsley. Using a pastry bag pipe the mixture into each tomato and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
