ASPARAGUS W/PROSCUITTO (SALLYE)

Ingredients

12 sprig(s)
fresh rosemary**
12
young asparagus spears
12 slice
proscuitto ham, sliced thin
olive oil cooking spray
homemade aioli (link is below in comments)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400ยบ

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with olive oil cooking spray

2Wrap one slice of proscuitto around one asparagus spear, starting at bottom and spiraling to top

Tie each bundle with a rosemary sprig
**you can substitute fresh basil or oregano or thyme if you don't have rosemary**

3Place each bundle on baking sheet in a single layer

Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes

Remove from oven and carefully turn bundles over, return to oven

Bake for about 5 more minutes until proscuitto is crisp

4Plate and serve immediately with a collop of homemade aioli
