- 1 bunch
- fresh kale, chopped
- 2 clove
- fresh garlic, choped (more or less depending on taste. we love lots of garlic!)
- flavored vinegar (any flavor, use as much or as little as you want)
- olive oil, extra virgin
- parmesan cheese, grated
1Heat olive oil in saute pan.
2Add chopped garlic, and saute just until starting to get soft.
3Add chopped kale and flavored vinegar. Top with parmesan cheese. Saute 5-7 minutes, or until just starting to wilt.
