Ingredients

1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 large
cauliflower
1 1/2 c
greek yogurt
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1
lime zested and juiced
1 Tbsp
cumin
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
curry powder
2 tsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease small baking sheet

2trim the base of cauliflower to remove green leaves and woody stem

3in medium bowl, combine yogurt with lime zest and juice, chile powder , cumin, garlic powder curry powder salt and pepper

4dunk cauliflower into bowl and use a brush to smear the marinade evenly over surface

5place cauliflower on baking shet and roast until the surface is dry and browned 30 to 40 min.

6let cauliflower rest for 10 min. before cutting into wedges to serve
