Ingredients

1 tsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
minced ginger
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 c
sugar snap peas

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Add peas and keep water at a boil

Cook until peas turn emerald green (about 4 minutes), it is important that the peas are cooked yet still firm.

Remove from heat and strain.

Heat a frying pan to medium heat

Combine ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in pan

Add peas and allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes.

Serve immediately!
