Roasted Seasoned Rutabaga Fries

- 1 large
- rutabaga peeled and cut in fries
- olive oil
- seasoning salt
- dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp
- fresh chopped thyme
1Peel and slice rutabaga, rinse and pat dry.
Place on baking pan and drizzle with olive oil, seasoned salt oregano and pepper. massage herbs into veggie, lay flat on baking sheet.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-30 min. turning half way through and drizzle with few more drop of olive oil, Til nicely browned.
Place on platter sprinkle with fresh thyme and drizzle with vinegar.
