Ingredients

2 lb
turnip roots-trimmed, peeled & chopped
3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp
flat leaf parsley & fresh mint-choppedi
1 Tbsp
feiny's veggie rub
2 tsp
lemon pepper
1/4 tsp
granulated garlic
1/4 tsp
granulated onion
sea salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Toss chopped turnip roots with remaining ingredients in a mixing with remaining ingredients. Coat evenly. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes turning once. Turnips are done when they are tender and golden brown.
