- uncooked rice

- mushrooms sliced or pieces ( i use a large can because i really like muchrooms :)
- 1/4 c
- green bell pepper ( i love bells so i use them)
- 2 medium
- 1/2 c
1Sauté onions, green pepper, and celery until veggies are tender. Add sausage and brown.
2Add rice, consume, and mushrooms.
3Bake uncovers at 350 for about an hr. After its been cooking for about 30 min stir then continue cooking.
