Ingredients

loin chops, 1 " thick
1/ 2
10" skillet of cornbread
2 pkg
10 oz ranch seasoned croutons, crushed
2 can(s)
each, cream of celery and mushroom soup
1 / 2 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
1 small
bell pepper, chopped
1 and 1/2 small
onions, minced
drippings from chops plus 1/2 stick of butter

Step-By-Step

1Take the half skillet of cornbread and the packages of crushed croutons, place in large mixing bowl
2Add in processed vegetables and both cans of soup.
3After pork chops are baked, 40 minutes,pour drippings into the cornbread mixture and mix well.
4Bake dressing covered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, place chops into dressing with half a can of water, baked additional 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
