Tuna, Pea, Rice (TPR)

My ultimate comfort/hangover food. These quantities are just rough estimates. I have never written this recipe down before. Hope you like it.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
chunk tuna (i always use sirena chili tuna)
1/4 c
frozen peas (defrosted)
4 c
cooked rice (med. or long grain)
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
dried marjoram
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season well.
2Microwave on high until very hot - 3-4 minutes.
3Serve & enjoy!
